No. Every product is a digital download. Nothing is printed, packed or shipped, and there are no delivery charges. You are buying files, not an object.

Once your payment clears in Stripe, an email with your access instructions is sent to the address you used at checkout. It usually arrives within a few minutes.

Canva templates arrive as a link that copies the design into your own Canva account. Adobe, Office and PDF files arrive as a download link.

Check your spam and promotions folders first, and confirm the address you entered at checkout was correct. If it still has not arrived after an hour, email us with the name on the payment and we will resend it.

Download links stay live for 30 days. Save the files somewhere safe once you have them. If a link expires before you have downloaded it, email us and we will issue a new one.

It depends on the template. Every product page lists the file formats and the software with minimum versions, under "works with". Most products include a Canva version, which needs only a free Canva account.

Read that list before you buy. If the software you have is not on it, ask us before purchasing.

No. The templates are built with elements available on the free plan. Some Canva features such as Brand Kit and one-click resize are Pro features, but the template itself opens and edits on a free account.

Yes, and that is the point. Every text style is a defined style rather than hand-formatted text, so changing a heading font or a colour updates the whole document at once instead of page by page.

Font files are not included, because font licences cannot be passed on. Templates use freely licensed typefaces and the read-me file lists each font with a link to where you can download it at no cost.

If you can work a word processor, the Canva and Office versions will be comfortable. Type over the placeholder text, drop in your logo, change the colour once, export.

The InDesign and Figma versions assume some familiarity with those programmes.

Yes. Every product carries a single-user commercial licence covering unlimited projects for your own business or for clients. You may not resell, share or redistribute the template files themselves, or sell them on as a template.

The standard licence covers one user. If several people in your organisation need to open and edit the files, email us about a multi-user licence.

Yes. A finished, populated document is your work and you can hand it over as a PDF or a printed piece. What the licence stops is passing on the empty editable template so the client can reuse it themselves.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts the amount at their rate and may add a fee. That conversion is between you and your bank.

The buy button on each product page takes you to Stripe, which handles the payment. Card details are entered on Stripe's page and never touch this website.

No. There is no account and no cart. Choose a template, pay through Stripe, and your access instructions are emailed to you.

Because files are delivered immediately, refunds are limited once a download has been accessed. If a file is faulty, will not open, or is materially different from what the listing described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.

Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act are not affected by anything on this page. Full detail is on the refund policy page.

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Whether GST applies depends on our registration status and where you are buying from. Replace this answer with your own position once you have confirmed it with your accountant, and make sure it matches what your Stripe payment links charge.
